Dominican Republic Immigration Form

So you’ve just booked your trip to the Dominican Republic, but the thought of filling out that immigration form on the plane (or when you get there) is totally stressing you out. Don’t worry, we get it. Sometimes, those forms can be so confusing. There’s so many questions… some that make no sense and some that just seem too obvious, and you’re worried about filling them out wrong. You’re in luck! Here’s some helpful tips on filling out an immigration form when traveling to the Dominican Republic.

When entering the Dominican Republic, you’ll need an immigration form. This is usually given to you on the plane before you land, but don’t freak out if the flight attendants don’t pass them out. There will be plenty of forms at the airport once you land.

If you’re a frequent international traveler, you’ll want to make sure you have at least two blank pages in your passport. This is to ensure you have room for an entry stamp and an exit stamp.

Not long ago, you may have heard about a tourist card needed to visit the DR. Prior to April 2018, you actually did need to purchase one before traveling there. Thankfully, you no longer have to purchase this separately because most of the major airline carriers are now including the $10 fee for the tourist card when you purchase your airline ticket.

Once you get through immigration in the Dominican Republic, you’ll head to customs and be on your way to your beach vacay in no time!

We hope this helps answer some of your questions when it comes to filling out immigration forms when traveling to the Dominican Republic. Hi!
I read your article, but there was not a link helping me understand immigration to Punta Cana from US. I see the link for Mexico.

Thank you in advance
