Live la Pura Vida at Father Rooster in Costa Rica

by Hope Heldmar September 12, 2017
written by Hope Heldmar

The laid-back Costa Rican charm at Father Rooster combines an effortless beachfront oasis with delicious food, drinks, and live music. It’s the kind of place where you’ll want to pull up one of the beachside loungers and nestle in for the day. (Or grab one of these swings.)

Father Rooster is located on Costa Rica’s northern Pacific Coast and serves up American-style cuisines with a Costa Rican flare – burgers, wraps, salads, tacos, beers, margaritas and cocktails, all made with the freshest of ingredients. One of the many perks of vacationing/living in Costa Rica is their wide spread use of organic foods (their land is perfect for cultivating fresh fruits and vegetables).  So you’re bound to nosh on only the best here. A personal fav at Father Rooster – fish tacos and Costa Rica’s Maja Dera beer.

But this nosh spot is more than good food and drinks. It’s is a place to meet up, listen to live music and take in that stunning sunset. (Aren’t the colorful boats drifting at sea so serene?!)
