For our last recipe of the year, we’re sharing one of our all-time favorites–the Mexican 75. It’s the French 75 with a tequila twist, and we’re all about it! This delicious cocktail takes less than five minutes to make and is so good that it’ll have you feeling like a mixologist after.
Mexican 75
The perfect twist on the French 75 that’ll make you keep coming back for more!
- 2 oz lime juice
- 4 oz tequila
- 4 tsp Agave nectar
- champagne or sparkling wine
- ice

In a shaker, combine the lime juice, tequila, agave nectar and ice.

Shake ingredients for about 15-20 seconds, or until chilled.

Pour the tequila mixture evenly into two champagne glasses and then fill about 3/4 of the glasses with your choice of champagne or sparkling wine.

Garnish with salt or sugar and a lime peel. Enjoy!
